Why do you show two sets of prices?

We’re a membership site. Non-Members enjoy our low prices while Members have access to deeply discounted prices.

How does membership work?

Simple: You register with us and sign up for a $60 Annual Membership. By doing so, you get access to over 20,000 natural products at deeply discounted prices.

Do you accept wholesale accounts?

Do you offer drop shipping?

Our wholesale program offers drop shipping to qualified members. See our drop-shipping policy for more information.

How long does would it take for my order to process?

Typically it takes 1-3 business days to process an order.

How are the orders shipped?

We ship our orders using USPS, FedEx and LTL.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Typically it takes 1-3 days for orders to get delivered once they are shipped out.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of scheduled delivery as long as the package is in salable condition. Returns are subject to a restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable.

My order has tracking but still hasn’t shipped. Why?

If you placed your order and it has not shipped yet, no need to worry! Orders shipped via FedEx are picked up by 4:30 p.m. and USPS shipments are picked up at 6 p.m. If the tracking still shows that your order hasn’t been picked up, check back the next day.

Orders for frozen or perishable packages may experience longer processing times and is within our discretion to ship out. Normally frozen shipments have a cut-off time of Wednesday. Any orders not shipped out by Wednesday will be shipped out the following Monday. This especially applies to orders placed during unusually hot weather. No cancellations will be honored on orders for frozen or perishable products once a tracking number has been issued. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

What if after I purchase my membership I decide I don’t want natural products at deeply discounted prices?

No problem! Simply contact us and we’ll refund your prorated portion on 3o days notice. No questions asked.
